The Cleaning Company LLC follows permission-based practices when using contracted email and SMS providers. This policy supplements our Terms, SMS Program Terms, and Privacy Policy.
1. Direct Audience Collection
Marketing subscribers must join through a company-controlled form or another documented opt-in process. A website visit, service inquiry, or prior conversation is not recurring-marketing consent.
2. Consent Records
We maintain reasonable evidence of consent, which may include the signup source, date, time, IP address, consent language, confirmation status, and supplied contact details.
3. Sender Identification
Messages accurately identify The Cleaning Company LLC. Sender names, phone numbers, business details, subject lines, and claims must be truthful and not misleading.
4. Email Requirements
Marketing email includes our identification, valid mailing address, and an unsubscribe mechanism. We honor unsubscribe requests and do not bypass provider controls.
5. SMS Requirements
Recurring marketing texts are sent only after SMS-specific consent. Messages include required frequency and rate disclosures and support STOP and HELP instructions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Prohibited Sources and Content
We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, or improperly transferred marketing lists. Communications may not be deceptive, abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, or designed to evade provider safeguards.
7. Security and Access
Only authorized personnel and contracted providers may access marketing tools and audience data for legitimate business purposes. Credentials and sensitive data must be handled securely.
8. Monitoring and Complaints
We review delivery failures, unsubscribe activity, STOP requests, and abuse complaints. Campaigns may be paused when permission evidence is inadequate or complaint indicators suggest unwanted messaging.
